Do you do pre-orders ?
We don’t
do pre-orders, all the items are available in-store or online,
Do you do delivery and do you have cash on delivery ?
Yes, we
deal with a local delivery partner (remaldelivery.com) and we accept cash on
delivery within the UAE.
How long does it take for items purchased online to be delivered?
Items
purchased online will be delivered within 36 Hours, you will receive a notification
once the item is shipped and delivered.
For
international orders outside the UAE, it takes 5 to 7 days based on the
country. You will receive a tracking number once order is shipped.
Do you do trade or swaps?
No we do
not do size swaps or trades at the moment. We do consignment and buyouts.
Do you do buyouts?
Yes, we
do buyouts based on the item, size and price, you can sign up as a seller to
sell your goods, our agent will get back to you with an offer if interested.
Otherwise you can check with our team in-store.
Do you have this item?
All our
items are available online with the respective sizes and availability. Our
sizes are listed in US, you can check our sizing conversion charts to compare
US to UK to EU.
Women
sizes will be listed as W in the product title and description.
I placed an order but never got a confirmation mail?
Please
check your spam folder and make sure you mark our e-mail address as safe. If
it’s not found, you can contact our store.
Consignment:
How can I consign my items?
You
can sign up as
a seller online ,then you have to drop the items in-store for us to legit
check. Alternatively we can pick up the items and the consignor would pay the
delivery fee.
Please
check our consignment agreement online.
Can you post the items I consigned with you on your social media?
Once the
items are received and checked, they will be available on display in-store and
online. Our social media posts are scheduled and there is a queue depending on
the product value, release date, and story. We don’t have any guarantee
that the items will make it to our social media platforms.
My item was sold, when can I get the payment?
Consignors
payments are prepared and released twice every month on the 15th and the
31st of each month, you will be notified once the payment is ready to be
collected.
Can you lower the price of my items?
If you
wish to change the listed price agreed when you handed over the items, you can
email us at sell@youbetterfly.com your
requirement, It might take two to three days to update the prices.
How long does it take to sell the item?
We can’t
be sure or guarantee the time it takes to sell your consigned items once
received.
