Youbetterfly ships through a strategic local logistics partner Reemal delivery. The promise delivery time is 2 working days* within the UAE. Our working days and delivery timings are Saturday to Thursday **9:00 am to 8:00 pm**
Our shipping charges are 15 aed within the uae.
However, during special sales or promotions there might be an additional processing time up to 4 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped with the tracking/invoice number and contact details of the delivery hero.
You can contact us anytime for any order inquiry.
Since we are a startup, our international delivery rates and dates are calculated case by case based on the item size, weight and the country to be delivered. The charges will be reflected on the checkout page.
As we strive to build a better product and community the same will be automated and integrated for a better service! Honest!
*items that are marked as location/availability outside the UAE will be delivered within 2 business days whenever shipped and received from the source. This will be mentioned in the location field in the product details page.
Items with international location (outside the UAE) will be shipped and delivered within 5 to 10 working days (depending on the location).
Youbetterfly accepts returns on domestic orders for store credit only on items purchased at youbetterfly.com . Return requests must be submitted within 5 to 10 days of receipt and will only be accepted within this time frame. Once items are received, they will be rigorously inspected for condition to ensure the new item is unworn and to confirm that our hang tag is intact. If hang tags are not intact and condition is not deemed to be unworn, store credit will not be issued and the return will not be honored. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process. Store credit will be made available for the product price paid for the item on the account used to place the original order less a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. Store credit is available to use only on youbetterfly.com and is non-transferable. To submit a return request please click here. Returns must be posted and in transit within 3 days upon acceptance of return.
Refund is not allowed.
Store credit can be used in form of promo code as well allocated for a user on checkout.
Every item comes with an authentication label tag or sticker attached by youbetterfly fulfillment team (depends on its nature and the package), if removed, the item can't be returned.
*For international orders, all sales are final except in cases where there is a fulfillment error by youbetterfly.com.
All promotional items are FINAL SALE. All used items are Final Sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via insured mail post. Please contact us with any questions: email@example.com.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within two (2) hours of the order being placed within our business hours*. Cancellation requests made after two (2) hours of order placement must follow our normal returns procedure.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If a cancellation request is submitted while an order is being fulfilled at our warehouse then the request will be declined.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused in this case, but it really hurts an operation when an order that is being fulfilled is cancelled.

Youbetterfly does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Youbetterfly will also reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).

Preorder items are limited to one pair per customer. Orders placed for Early Access items are not guaranteed until tracking information is confirmed.
Early access items will be flagged with the preorder feature.
In store only items are part of our collection, but not available on sale online (through the website or other online channels), you can check these items physically at our locations or you can email us: email@example.com for more info and details regarding the items and the pricing.
